History and Development
Pinholt Metal Working A/S has a rich history dating back to 1996 when Poul Pinholt took over BMJ Maskinfabrik in Stoholm. Over the years, the company has experienced significant growth and development:
- 2000: Acquisition of special production of marine filters.
- 2002: Inauguration of a new workshop in Stoholm to meet the growing demand and improve production capacity.
- 2015: Expansion through the acquisition of DMV-industri in Dommerby.
- 2016: Merger of the two factories on Hjortevej in Skive to consolidate all activities under one roof and optimize the production process.
- 2018: Acquisition of Dapeca’s sheet metal production to expand the product portfolio.
- 2023: Further growth through the acquisition and merger of JECO A/S, strengthening the company’s position in the market.
